The TB Software Application is reliable, but like any system, updates and changes are required to keep it working at its optimum level.

With an Insignia maintenance contract, we will:

  • Provide you with software updates and training
  • Carry out preventative maintenance work
  • Provide you with telephone and email support during working hours (0900-1700, Monday-Friday)
  • Provide you with remote access support if made possible by you having an internet connection
  • Provide you with, replacement units under warranty
  • Requested development would be taken into consideration and would be categorized in order of urgency

With all this taken care of, you can relax in the knowledge that your software will be a hassle-free addition to your practice.

With the warranty for TB Easy® you receive:

  • 3 Years RTB Warranty
  • Swap out units provided
  • Telephone Support
  • Email and Remote Support
  • Online Manual and Helpdesk
  • User Manual

Requested development would be taken into consideration and would be categorized in order of urgency.
All information and data remains the property of the user and can be exported out of our software when requested.
